Refund is not allowed and nor it can be transferred towards customer referrals/any other packages/services/products.
Consultation validity is for 15 days.
Exchange shall not be done, Exchange of products is not only permissible.
Products bought under discount/promotional schemes cannot be exchanged.

In case of any dispute, the same shall be subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction.
